Since the beginning
At AYTM, we proudly celebrate a decade of
responsibility, craftsmanship, and growth. Over the past
ten years, we have committed ourselves to re昀椀ning our
design and production processes, ensuring that every
step we take aligns with our core values of sustainability
and ethical responsibility. This milestone is a testament
to our unwavering dedication to not just meeting, but
exceeding, the expectations of our customers, partners,
and the planet.
Our journey has been one of continuous learning,
adapting to the ever-changing world around us,
and strengthening our ability to make a meaningful
impact. While we acknowledge that challenges persist,
we remain steadfast in our pursuit of continuous
improvement. For us, responsible business practices are
not a 昀椀nal destination but an ongoing journey - one we
are proud to have traveled for the past ten years and
will continue to pursue with passion and dedication.
Since 2015, we have been members of the UN Global
Compact, aligning our business with its Ten Principles
on human rights, labor rights, environmental protection,
and anti-corruption. This commitment re昀氀ects a deep
respect for people and the planet that has guided us for
a decade. We also continue to participate in the amfori
business social compliance initiative (BSCI), ensuring
that our supply chain upholds fair labor practices,
safety, and equality for all workers.
