AYTM
Behind the Brand
AYTM is an Aarhus-based design brand founded in 2015 by the couple Kathrine
and Per Gran Hartvigsen as part of Gran Living, with the 昀椀rst collection launched
the same year.
The story of AYTM begins at the harbour of Aarhus. Rooted in Danish
design traditions, the brand was created with the ambition of rethinking
interior design through contrast, atmosphere and bold visual expression.
AYTM combines the simplicity and structure of Scandinavian interiors with
internationally inspired colours, materials and sculptural forms. The result is a
collection of objects designed not only for function, but to shape the feeling
and character of a space.
The name AYTM is a playful twist on the word “item”, created from the sound
of pronouncing the letters
A-Y-T-M aloud.
